Baby Boys....
Grow up so fast
One minute he's in your arms, sleeping peacefully, dreaming of heaven...
Then next, he's sitting up on his own....
smiling at you, laughing....
saying "mamma" and "daddy" for the first time
and having his first Christmas....and then, before you know it
He's six years old.
Trying new things....
Teasing his sister....
Doing the splits...
And starting school.Where did the time go? It is too short! My "baby" boy starts 1st grade this year! 6 and 1/2 hours of other people, other places, other ideas, other experiences. I don't know whether to be happy or sad about this. But, I do know one thing: even when he's 80, he'll always be my baby!!
Be happy about it. Be very very happy.

ReplyDeleteYeah...they are great. I think my fave is the one whith the dark blue shirt, where his hair's all crazy and he's smiling like he knows something I don't. Upon reflection, I'm excited, too! Though, anxious about keeping Abby entertained! Get ready, Cathy: we're comin to play!!
